I don't know; I haven't experienced either yet. Is the FFX-2 soundtrack style pop and jazz like I heard it was? Hey, I thought you said thinking of the FFX-2 girls makes you feel dirty.

*nods* i think FFX-2 is better, their clothes and style are cooler than the Angels. However, i am very disappointed with FFX-2 as its more a chick flick than an actual RPG. i liked FFX, but found it had too much dialogue and was overall, boring after a while.
For ffx2, the storyline is ....sad to say..messy. For those who know what Lenne's relation to Yuna is, you'd probably be wondering why Lenne even appeared in the story at all. And isnt it lame that if Yuna really wanted to dress up and disguise herself, she wears all those very .... attention grabbing clothes?
And if you've seen the hot spring episode in FFX-2, Yuna, Rikku and Paine take a break by resting in the hot spring..... in their bikinies
while in FF7 strange and entertaining things may happen to Cloud and his party (such as Cloud dressing as a girl in Wall Market), the storyline flows well.
in ffx2 however, the storyline "jerks" alot, the sudden appearance of Lenne as a major character (although she wasnt in part 1 of the game) and the loss of characters like Tidus, Lulu and Wakka take away alot of the old class and impact of the game.
while Yuripa look extremely good in their new costumes, and the sequences and moves (e.g, Yuna's double flip with her gun to land on Sano) look really good, somehow Yuripa don't seem to have any depth. The quests they go on are more like all-girl- parties where they are out to have nothing but fun.
In Charlie's Angels, (the movie), part one was pretty ok, but in part two of the movie, i found the storyline even more jerky than FFX-2's. for example, do the Angels really need to be on stage dancing? And as if Drew Barrymore's character can use a whip, whack a man's jacket, flip it open and get a key just like that. without anyone noticing too. And so on, for the rest of the story
Here's two shows that capitatlize more on how good the girls look rather than truly showing their skills. Although, to give FFX-2 credit, Yuripa does "kick butt" sometimes, but for those who have played, you will realise Yuna and Rikku are extremely weak from the beginning of the game. I think too, that the clothing designs for FFX-2 are much better than those in Charlie's Angels. Maybe because while its possible for Rikku to be parading around in a bikini, thong and scarf in the world of Spira, you really can't picture Dylan doing that can you?
sorry if you dont agree with what i think here, its my personal observation. i love the FF series, but i think their storylines and plots are sadly going down. FFX-2 was unplayable for me. But even so, i still prefer FFX-2 to the Angels

The OST is half techno-pop, half RPG, and half piano and orchestral

Yeah, I heard Full Throttle wasn't that good, that's kinda why I didn't see it.
Techno-pop, piano and orchestra? That's cool. It must sound like the Kingdom Hearts soundtrack a little then.

*nods* the songs in FFX-2 arent too bad. i like real emotion (pop song) by Koda Kumi. she didnt sound too good in 1000 no kotoba me thinks, but i like the piano version of that song.
in the ffx-2 vocal collections, Yuna and Rikku's singing werent too bad. do try out Morning glory by Yuna, and Rikku's 2 songs. the piano version of Kimi He by Yuna is called Yuna's Ballad, and that's a real nice piano song

I just played the demo for FFX-2. The battles I played seemed easy. I like that because it helps you focus on the missions more. The missions add a nice variety of things to do rather than the regular battle-dailog-battle-dialog thing. You can go where you want and make your own story, which makes it more lifelike. The visuals are good. Squenix really put it upon themselves to make so many new outfits. I love the jumping ability, since I like action adventure games more than RPGs. The battles are SO fast! I like literally bash five buttons and the battle is over. Ha ha ha. So it's a good game. As for it competing with Charlie's Angels, I think we know today's big video game titles usually have so many more hours of plot than just a 2-hour movie.

He probably got it on Official US Playstation Magazine.
I think PS2 game releases are so poor at the moment. I haven't played on mine in ages. I'm in Cambridge at the moment and left it back at home and just brought the Xbox and GC.
When I bought it there were so many good games being released for it, but now I don't see any good games released until MGS3...

Right, I got it from Playstation Magazine. Remember a month ago I said "I can't wait to get the playable demo next month"?

I think PS2 game releases are so poor at the moment. I haven't played on mine in ages. You should completely beat Kingdom Hearts and Primal before you start saying they're aren't any good titles, young man. JK. That's actually kind of a good thing for me because I neither have the time, money or interest to play many video games anymore. Believe it or not, lately I have liked spending my time watching TV preachers and DIC cartoons.

I saw some pics in the new OPM magazine. Yuna looks hot. Paine looks llike she's a leather and bondage freak (not that any thing is wrong with that ) and Rikuu looks very cute with her hair and hardly there outfit!
