Hey everyone, just wondering if anybody can suggest an artist or two for me. I'm looking for someone with a style similar to Hitomi Shimatani's style on the Crossover album, and on the more dramatic/operatic songs she's done since. It's kind of like classical crossover, with dance beats but classical instrumentation and very strong vocals, not a poppy sound. I just don't want her pop sound that she seemed to go for more on Prima Rosa . (Yeah, I was just left wanting more on this album.)

Mmm, I don't know much about other artists. I've found the music of Natsukawa Rimi quite interesting, but I don't know if it has much to do with Shimatani Hitomi's style. Anyway, Crossover and Prima Rosa are good! I liked them a lot. Hope you find something good and, if you do, let me know!
