Check this out: us.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.aspx/pid-1003950733/code-j/section-music/Seems Move basically gets an entire CD to themselves plus half of another CD in this collection. The other weird thing about it is that most of those Move songs weren't actually in the old Initial D (at least I can't remember them being there). Maybe they've put some old Move songs in Stage 4? Anybody who's seen it able to confirm?

The songs were played in the anime, but were not used as OP/ED themes. i.e. In First Stage, I remember that they had played "Take Me Higher" after Takumi beat someone (can't remember who it was). I'm not sure if all of the move songs in the first disc of that compilation were played in the anime ... I should check my fansubs.

I can't recall them all offhand either, but they were used as BGM in the series. There's a scene towards the end of 1st stage where Takumi's washing the 86; I know they used a move song in that scene, but I forget which one. Although it's not included in this collection, they also used World of Move (the intro track on Electrock) during the countdown for Takumi's first race against Keisuke.

It's funny. Every time I think I've heard enough Eurobeat and never wanna hear it again, I start getting back into it a couple months later. I got the Initial D Battle Stage album a few months ago, and when I got it, I was like "blech, I have too much of this stuff already." And this past week I couldn't stop listening to it. Even though I have new stuff I really haven't listened to yet. And now I'm dying to get my hands on the Initial D movie soundtrack cuz I realized it has quite a few songs that I really like but aren't on the series soundtracks. Just gotta wait for my next Yesasia order, though. Hehe.
