What is the worst Jpop CD that you own? What is the one that you regret buying the most? Why don't you like it? Tell me about it.

I like all of my J-POP CD's. But, there are some that have songs I dislike. Like, a friend of mine gave me a copy of one of his Sailor Moon CD's, and all the songs are excellent, except for some song sang by Chibi-Usa, we'd torture people with that thing.

C'mon, one CD has to be not as good as all the others. If it helps, think of the Jpop CD you listen to the least often.
I have really great CDs. But I own the Escaflowne Over the Sky soundtrack and I don't like it. I downloaded two songs from it, and I liked those, so I bought it. However, the majority of the CD is this scary gregorian chanting, so I didn't like it much!
Another Jpop CD that I bought that I don't like a lot is W-inds' first album "W-inds ~First Message." The singing is weird and it's kinda too young for me. I really liked it at first, but now I don't like it that much. I'm not planning on buying any more CDs from W-inds, who are the Japanese equivalent of Dream Street or Aaron Carter.

Well, I once bought a Tenchi Muyo CD thinking it was in Japanese, but it wasn't, but that doesn't count.

Can't really say that I hate one particular CD, mostly because if you make a bad purchase, it's almost $20-$30 you could have used on another CD, japanese CDs aren't cheap.

Yeah, I usually examine my purchases carefully. Before I buy one, I try to listen to some of it online. Howver, for Move, I don't do that anymore.

Wait, I don't understand what Mac is trying to say. What does price have to do with how bad a CD is?
LOL, I'm not like you Brad. I seldom try anything before I buy it! I like to be surprised.

Price has really nothing to do with it, just the thought of spending so much on something you can't stand. You could have put that money to other uses.

I gotta agree with everyone else. I only purchase new jpop cds if i am sue that I will like it (via mp3s and such) and so i have managed to keep a good track record of buying good cds.
On the other hand, I bought a horrible cd (cyber formula, an anime cd) and was quick to get rid of it. I got it from a comic shop that was goin out of business.
I feel that most anime has horrible sounds tracks, but there are some that are really great...

I really try out the songs and such before i purchase any cds. I have been disappointed with CDs before, so i wanna make sure that i'm really going to get my money's worth. So i'll get most of the mp3s from the CD, and then i purchase it shortly after. It works pretty well for me As for my worst CD, i can't really think of one off the top of my head. I don't really hate any of my CDs

Come on, people, show a little confidence! Buy some CDs without any previewing!
Show a little bravery and trust folks. Especially if you know a specific music artist is good, then why would they let you down??
